Siddhant Shah is a national-level award-winning Disability access and outreach consultant. Shah is a serial TEDx speaker, educationist, UNESCO India consultant, and founder of Access For ALL. An organization that bridges the gap between museums, arts, and disability with a focus to provide physical, intellectual, and social access at sites of cultural significance. His flagship program renders museums and visual arts accessible for visually impaired, hearing impaired, and autistic groups. He has devices a method to integrate museum objects with arts-based therapy to make his unique Inclusive Arts Program. He has mentored museums professionals on ‘Access In Culture’ for The British Museum’s ITP+ programme and was on a full scholarship by Tate Modern London for a TATE Intensive programme in the U.K. on arts and inclusion. He was the only Asia representative for CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL –  El museo para todas las personas: arte, accesibilidad e inclusión social in Madrid, SPAIN from April 2-5, 2019.

Shah has curated accessible tactile art exhibitions across the subcontinent for India Inclusion Summit, Lions Club International, and International Congress on Museum, Arts and Accessibility in Madrid (Spain), Gallery 079 Ahmedabad and British Council with Avid Learning at the Royal Opera House.

Siddhant has consulted and developed programs for Govt. of India’s National Museum, CSMVS, The Bristish Museum, City Palace Jaipur, Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum, Meherangh Fort, Kochi Muziris Biennale, India Art Fair, Sarmaya, Tarq, Kolkata Center for Creativity, Serendipity Arts Festival, DAG, State Bank Museum Karachi (Pakistan), Sarawak Library (Malaysia) and others in India, Pakistan, China and Malaysia.

Shah is the youngest recipient of a national level award – ‘Mpasis Universal Design Award 2017’ by the National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People. Access For ALL is India’s first organization to win the prestigious ‘Nipam Foundation – MICROSOFT Equal Opportunity Award’18’ under the Enabler category.

Some other flagship works include development and creating a Tactile Braille Kit on Menstrual Hygiene for visually impaired girls and developing games like Ludo, Snake and Ladder, Braille Word Games for the Blind, and Visually Impaired along with Tactile Educational Charts.

Siddhant has presented papers, conducted workshops, lectures and designed academic curriculums for integrating universal design for premium educational institutes like NID Bangalore, Indian School of Design and Innovation (Parsons Mumbai), Amity University, Pearl Academy, NMIMS, XLRI Jamshedpur, IIT Kharagpur, and Complutense University of Madrid, SPAIN. As part of the inclusion and accessibility work, Shah has been consulting, training, and conducting Disability Sensitization workshops with corporates like Goldman Sachs, Intuit India, Standard Chartered, TCS amongst many others (some are under NDA).
